Aglio is a project board for planning cards with AI agents and running build agents. This page explains what the service stores while you use it.

What we collect

  • Account email and the sign-in details needed to authenticate you.
  • Workspace content you create: projects, cards, specs, comments and planning chats.
  • Run logs and artifacts produced by agent runs, including files and images you attach.
  • Usage and cost records for model calls and runs, so caps and spend reports work.

Why we collect it

Data is used to run the board, execute agent runs, show live spend against your caps, keep an audit trail of changes, and keep the service secure.

Retention

Workspace content and run history are kept while your workspace exists. Logs and artifacts may be pruned earlier by workspace retention settings. Deleting a workspace removes its content, subject to short-lived backups.

Cookies and sessions

Aglio sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. It is not used for advertising. The Google tag on this site sets analytics cookies so we can see how the public pages are used. No third-party cookies are required to use the board.

Third-party providers

Agent runs send prompts and workspace context to the model providers configured for your instance. Infrastructure providers host the application, database and object storage. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Deletion requests

Contact the operator of this Aglio instance for privacy requests.

Changes

This policy may change as the private beta evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
