Terms

Last updated October 2026

These terms cover your use of Aglio. By using the service you agree to them.

Private beta

Aglio is in private beta. Features may change or break, access may be limited, and the service may be paused for maintenance. Nothing here promises a fixed feature set or availability level during the beta.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Aglio to break the law or infringe other people's rights.
  • Do not attempt to access workspaces, credentials or data that are not yours.
  • Do not attack, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not use agent runs to distribute malware or harmful content.

Your content

You keep ownership of the cards, specs, comments, files and code you put into Aglio. You give the service the permission needed to store, process and display that content, and to send it to the model and infrastructure providers used to run your agents.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Aglio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Agent output can be wrong, so review every pull request before merging. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change during the private beta. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
